Simpering Sycophants is a lightweight roleplaying / party game that puts players in the role of wicked, conniving members of the Empress's court. Scheme against your rivals, spread rumors, and give ever more lavish gifts to  curry the Empress's favor in an effort to become the Favorite - and then, when the time is right, seize power for yourself!

You'll need blank paper or index cards, a writing tool, and two dice. 

The pdf is formatted as a trifold pamphlet - a simple 2 page  format and a plaintext version will be coming in an update in the next few days.
